B & H Engineering, P.C. has provided construction inspection services, as a joint venture consultant, to the New York State Department of Transportation.

The project involved installation of ITS system on West Shore Expressway and Martin Luther Expressway connecting system to the command center in Long Island City.

Scope of work for this assignment included excavation, installation of conduit and wiring, new footings, sign structure installation, new VMS and guide signs; cameras and CCTV installation; relocation utilities, guide rail installation, night work, and work zone traffic control.
